RoCRewards Terms & Conditions

The RoC Rewards Program (the “Rewards Program”) is a rewards program operated by RoC Opco LLC (“RoC” or “we” or “us”). The Rewards Program, and the corresponding eligibility to participate and receive its benefits, are offered at the sole discretion of RoC. The Rewards Program allows eligible participants (“you”) to earn points (“Points”) that can be redeemed for offered rewards (each offering, a “Reward” and collectively “Rewards”). Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to these terms and conditions (collectively, the “Rewards Terms”).

 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By participating, you accept and agree to follow the Rewards Terms, including any changes RoC makes to these Rewards Terms or the Rewards Program. The above date indicates the date of the most recent change in the Reward Terms. Any activity to earn or use Points will be considered acceptance and consent to the terms and conditions of the Rewards Program.

 

1. Binding Acceptance.THIS IS A BINDING AGREEMENT. By registering on the Reward Program's website, and/or by otherwise participating in earning Points or using Points, you are agreeing to the Rewards Terms as presently in effect and as modified and interpreted by RoC from time to time. RoC has the right, in its sole discretion, to change, limit, modify, or cancel the Rewards Program and offerings at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Points already accumulated, the value of Rewards and/or the time period and ability to accrue or use Points or obtain Rewards.

 

2. CREATING AN ACCOUNT. You may sign up for a rewards account (“Rewards Account”) online at https://www.rocskincare.com/account/register (collectively with www.rockinscare.com, the “Site”). In connection with creating a Rewards Account, you will be required to provide certain information, including your name, email address and a password. All information provided by you in connection with your Rewards Account must be valid and accurate and must be kept current. You may not maintain more than one Rewards Account at a time. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Rewards Account, including but not limited to passwords. RoC is in no event liable for verification, protection, or security of passwords or for any third party's unauthorized use of misappropriation of an Account Holder's Rewards or Points.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY. The Rewards Program is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who have not previously been terminated from the Rewards Program. The Rewards Program is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Any eligible individual can create a Rewards Account and become an “Account Holder,” but RoC reserves the right and discretion to terminate or suspend the enrollment of any Account Holder at any time due to failure to comply with the Rewards Terms, or other reasons as determined appropriate by RoC. For purposes of the Rewards Program, an Account Holder means the holder of the account as indicated in RoC’s account records.

 

4. CONSENT FOR COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.By participating in the Rewards Program, you consent to RoC’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as permitted under RoC’s Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of administering the Rewards Program, tracking your purchases and account activity, and marketing the services and products of RoC, its affiliates, partners, and sellers. RoC’s Privacy Policy, as amended by RoC from time to time, can be found at https://www.rocskincare.com/pages/privacy-policy/.

 

5. POINT ACCRUAL, USE AND EXPIRATION. Points may be accrued for purchasing products or as otherwise determined by RoC from time to time. Points may be redeemed for Rewards as described in Section 7 below at any time, provided the Reward is available and the Account Holder has sufficient Points in their account for the requested Reward redemption. Unless RoC, in its sole discretion, elects to modify the Rewards Program to extend or otherwise modify the redemption period, RoC may at any time and without notice, among other things: (a) increase or decrease the number of Points able to be accrued for Rewards and other Point earning activities, or increase or decrease the number of Points required to redeem a specific Reward; (b) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any Point earning opportunity or any Reward; (c) limit the number and type of Rewards made available (including limitations on eligibility for specific Account Holders or types of Account Holders); (d) change the Point levels; and (e) otherwise change Rewards Program benefits, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining or forfeiting Points, rules governing the use of specific Rewards, or other rules governing the Rewards Program. Each Account Holder is responsible for the payment of all taxes that may result from receipt of a Reward under the Rewards Program. RoC is not responsible for any loss, liability, charge, or damage arising out of the acceptance or use of Points or a Reward.

 

6. POINTS ACCRUAL. As set forth on the Site, you may earn Points for creating a Rewards Account, for entering codes we may make available to you, for your birthday (where you provide it to us), for visiting the RoC TikTok account page, for every year you are part of the Rewards Program, for successful referrals, and in connection with promotional events that we may make available at our discretion. Subject to change at our discretion.

 

You may also earn one (1) Point for every one dollar ($1) spent on RoC products online and in-store (as verified through receipt uploads to the Site from authorized retailers). You may redeem Points for select eligible, rotating deluxe samples of existing products. You may additionally redeem Points to receive discounts on orders that hit minimum spend subtotal thresholds as set forth below:

 

50. $10 off = 200 points. Minimum spend to redeem: $50. 

1. $15 off = 300 points. Minimum spend to redeem: $75.

1. $20 off = 400 points. Minimum spend to redeem: $100

 

Please note that Points are only awarded on subtotal amounts, and do not include tax or shipping. Account Holders that are logged into their Rewards Account earn Points when they purchase a product through the Site. Account Holders that are not logged into their Rewards Account at the time they make a purchase do not earn any Points from their purchase. Guests who do not create a Rewards Account do not accrue any Points. The chart below identifies the additional benefits given to  each type of Account Holder. If an order is rejected by the seller, is otherwise not shipped for any reason, or is returned by the buyer, Points will not accrue for that purchase. Points are only earned for the actual amount paid by the Account Holder for a product. Points are not earned for the amount of any discounts or coupons on a transaction or for the amount of any shipping fees or taxes paid during a transaction. You do not earn Points when you purchase a gift card.

7. POINTS USAGE. Points can be redeemed for eligible products or for a discount on the future purchase of a product. An Account Holder must choose to have their Points redeemed during a purchase. Points are not automatically redeemed. All Point redemptions are final. Discounts earned through the redemption of Points can be combined with other eligible discounts and coupons. Some products may not be eligible for discounts due to manufacturer restrictions or other restrictions identified on the product page. All Reward items are available only while supplies last, may be changed by RoC at any time without notice, and are subject to any and all other limitations detailed on the Site. You may not be eligible for all Rewards offered under the Rewards Program. RoC may terminate any Rewards or specific incentive program, or portion thereof, and cancel all previously awarded Points, Rewards, offers, or incentives of any kind associated with the Rewards Program, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without notice or reimbursement to you.

 

8. POINTS EXPIRATION. Points expire if not used within one (1) year of accrual, unless an earlier expiration date is stated for the Reward or offer or prohibited by applicable law. Points retain their original expiration date regardless of whether the Points were returned to you as a result of a return or other event. The Account Holder is responsible for redeeming their Points before they expire.

 

9. TERMINATING YOUR REWARDS ACCOUNT. You may cancel your Rewards Account and membership in the Rewards Program at any time by accessing your Rewards Account settings on the Site and choosing to opt out of the Rewards Program directly or deleting your Rewards Account. You may also contact customer support to request removal from the Rewards Program. If you opt out and close your Rewards Account, you will no longer earn Points and you will forfeit any unredeemed Points you may have earned. Enrolling in the Rewards Program is not required in order to purchase products through the Site. RoC reserves the right to terminate a Rewards Account or to refuse to honor or redeem Points or any Reward, or to modify or restrict your ability to use Rewards or Points, immediately and without notice. We may do so for any reason, or no reason at all, including, but not limited to: (a) if you violate these Rewards Terms, (b) if you do not earn or use any Points for one or more years, (c) if we determine that you are using your Rewards Account for resale purposes, (d) if you act in a manner that is inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations, (e) if you use multiple email addresses, phone numbers, and/or mailing addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods, artifice, or the manipulation of such information for the purpose of obtaining more than one Rewards Account, or for accruing, compounding, or aggregating Points or Rewards, or (f) if we believe any Rewards were fraudulently or inappropriately obtained by you or fraudulently or inappropriately redeemed. If we terminate your Rewards Account, any Points, discounts, or other offers in your Rewards Account will immediately be voided and cannot be used. RoC reserves the right to monitor your Rewards Account activity. We have the right to take any necessary legal action based on fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity in connection with your Rewards Account or related activities, and you agree to cooperate with any such action or investigation. If you are engaged in such activity, you may be liable for monetary losses, including litigation and/or arbitration costs and damages. This right to monitor shall survive the termination of your Rewards Account.

 

10. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS. RoC may at any time and without notice, among other things: (a) increase or decrease the number of Points able to be accrued for products or discounts, or increase or decrease the number of Points required to redeem for a Reward; (b) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any Point-earning opportunity or any corresponding Rewards; (c) limit the number and type of Rewards made available (including limitations on eligibility for specific Account Holders or types of Account Holders); (d) change the Points levels; and (e) otherwise change Rewards Program benefits, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining or forfeiting Points, rules governing the use of Rewards or other rules governing the Rewards Program. Please check the Site frequently for updates to the Rewards Terms. Points balances may take up to three (3) business days to be reflected in an Account Holder’s Rewards Account. If additional time is needed for any reason, RoC reserves the right in its sole discretion to delay Points accrual or award Points later.

 

11. CHARACTER, RESTRICTIONS, AND LIMITATIONS OF POINTS AND REWARDS. POINTS ARE NOT THE PROPERTY OF THE ACCOUNT HOLDER AND CAN BE REVOKED BY ROC AT ANY TIME. POINTS HAVE NO CASH VALUE AND ARE ONLY REDEEMABLE FOR OFFERED REWARDS VIA THE REWARDS PROGRAM. POINTS AND REWARDS CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH OR CREDIT. POINTS AND REWARDS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, EXCHANGEABLE, REPLACEABLE, OR TRANSFERABLE FOR CASH OR CREDIT. ROC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REWARDS LOST, MISDIRECTED, OR DELAYED VIA MAIL OR OVER EMAIL, NOR DOES IT GUARANTEE ON-TIME DELIVERY OF REWARDS. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES THAT REQUESTED REWARDS WILL BE AVAILABLE AND REWARDS MAY BE SUBSTITUTED OR OTHERWISE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OR OTHER LIMITATIONS.

 

12. NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF POINTS AND REWARDS.Points may not be sold by any means, electronic or otherwise, and it is a violation of the Rewards Program for anyone to purchase Points from third parties, combine Points obtained by others, or transfer or sell Points. Any attempt to buy, sell, consolidate, or transfer Points in violation of the above prohibition shall be deemed void and may result in disqualification from the Rewards Program and/or forfeiture of all accrued Points.

 

13. DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY OF RoC.RoC has the sole right and authority, in its sole discretion, to make all decisions regarding questions or disputes or issues regarding eligibility for the Rewards Program, accrual or use of Points, Rewards, an Account Holder's compliance with the Reward Terms, and other issues arising in administration of the Rewards Program and such decisions are binding on all Account Holders. RoC has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Rewards Terms.

 

14. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS.

 

• Questions, Complaints, Claims.If you have any questions, complaints or claims with respect to the Rewards Program, please contact our customer service department using the contact information available on the Site.

 

• Complete Agreement. The Rewards Program is also subject to all of the other policies, terms, and conditions established by RoC, including the Terms and Services and Privacy Policy. These Rewards Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Services, constitutes the entire agreement between you and RoC relating to your use of, and access to, the Rewards Programs, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations. These Rewards Terms may not be amended except as set forth herein. As between a buyer and seller, the purchase of products from a seller through the Site may be subject to additional terms as specified on the applicable listing and/or order page. Depending on your use of the Site and the products you purchase from a seller through the Site, you may also be bound by the terms and conditions of third-party service providers, including payment processors, shippers, insurers, or other third parties.

 

• No Assignments and Transfers. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Rewards Account, or any Rewards or Points that you receive, or any of your rights or obligations under these Rewards Terms, whether by operation of law or otherwise. We may sell, transfer, or assign the Rewards Program, the Points, the Rewards, your Reward Account, or our rights or obligations under these Rewards Terms, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice to you. If we make such an assignment, the sole responsibility for the matters assigned, including any obligations to you, will lie with the party to which we make the assignment, and we will be released from (and are hereby released from) any responsibilities or obligations.

 

• No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Nothing in these Rewards Terms will confer upon any person or entity, other than the parties, any rights, remedies, obligations, or liabilities whatsoever.

 

• Electronic Communications. Unless you tell us otherwise, or the law requires otherwise, you agree to receive all communications from us by e-mail or through posting notices to your Rewards Account. You are responsible for providing RoC with up-to-date contact information, which you may do by sending an email to us at: roc@rocskincare.com You agree that all communications that we send to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
