  • Has my order shipped? How can I track it?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information at the email address you used during checkout. You should receive that email within 24-48 hours of placing your order. If you haven't received it or are having other issues tracking your order, please contact us for assistance.

  • Am I able to cancel my online order?

    If you would like to cancel or modify an online order, please contact us. Our Customer Service team is available Monday - Friday from 9 pm to 5 pm EST. We will do our best to accomondate you.

SHIPPING

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

  • How can I find the right product for my skin?

  • How much Retinol is in your products?

    RoC uses the highest standard of pure, stabilized Retinol in our Retinol Correxion products, which are known to be highly effective with clinically proven results. The exact percentage of retinol varies across our line.

  • How long will my products last before expiring?

    If there is no expiration date or PAO (Period after opening) symbol on the product then the product should be discarded 3 years after purchase.

  • Where are your products sourced and made?

    Most of RoC Skincare products are manufactured in the United States from globally sourced materials and ingredients. Products currently manufactured internationally include all Serum Capsules (Italy) and Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Targeted Patches (Korea.)

  • Do you test on animals?

    We strongly believe that products should not be tested on animals. We don’t conduct animal testing of our products or ingredients or ask others to test on our behalf. Certain governmental regulatory authorities require it for safety or regulatory purposes - however these agencies conduct all testing independently. RoC does not mandate any animal testing anywhere in the world.

  • Are your products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?

    We always recommend talking to your doctor before starting a new skincare regimen when you're pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Can you send me coupons or samples?

    We currently don't offer coupons or samples but be sure to sign up for our online newsletter and follow us on Instagram to learn about giveaways and other promotions!

  • What is your return policy?

  • What payment types do you accept?

    All major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

  • How do I check the status of my Order?

    If you have a RoC account, simply log in and view your Order History to see the status of your order. If you don't have an account, refer to the Order Confirmation email you received when you placed your order. That email will contain a link for you to view your order status and tracking information. If you've lost the email, please contact Customer Service via the Contact Us page of our website.
