Auto-Replenishment Terms & Conditions
The charge for each auto-replenishment item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your RoC Skincare account or otherwise designated by you in placing the order for such auto-replenishment item under the Auto-Replenishment Program.
Your auto-replenishment order will remain in effect until it is canceled. You may cancel at any time via your Account page under "Manage Subscriptions", which can be found by logging into your account profile at rocskincare.com or by contacting RoC Skincare Customer Service via our Contact Us page. Cancellations become effective immediately unless such cancellation is made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the next auto-replenishment product shipment date, in which case the cancellation will be processed following such shipment and prior to the next scheduled shipment.
If you cancel auto-replenishment for an item and then reactivate it, any discounts applied to such auto-replenishment item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation. If the Auto-Replenishment Program discount percentage changes or any other Auto-Replenishment Program benefits change, the new discount and/or benefits will be applied to your future shipments of that item.
Changes to These Terms
RoC Skincare may, at our sole discretion, change these Terms (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on rocskincare.com), at any time without notice to you. If any change to these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or terms and conditions. Your continued participation after we change these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your auto-replenishment order and cease your participation in the Auto-Replenishment Program.

What is the Auto-Replenishment Program?
The Auto-Replenishment Program is an automatic renewal program that is offered online for select RoC Skincare products. Subscribe to our Auto-Replenishment Program and enjoy:
- The convenience of having your favorite products delivered to your door when you want
- Free shipping every recurring
- 10% OFF* each item on every recurring order if you subscribe to individual items
- 1 free gift determined by RoC on every recurring order if you subscribe to gift sets
* Discount not applicable on taxes.
How does the Auto-Replenishment Program work?
Visit the product page of your favorite RoC Skincare product(s) or gift set available on rocskincare.com.
Select how often you'd like to receive it (1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months).
If you subscribe to an individual item, RoC Skincare applies a 10% discount to each individual item on every recurring order & ships the product to you (for free)!
If you subscribe to a gift set instead, RoC Skincare adds 1 free gift determined by RoC to every recurring order & ships both the gift set and the free gift to you (for free)!
How do I change the credit card used for my auto-replenishment orders?
Log-in to your RoC Skincare account.
Select ''Manage Subscriptions'' within the ''My Account'' section.
Click ''Update Credit Card'' on the product you'd like to update your billing information for. You will be asked to share your email. Once you receive the email, click on the update button and update your credit card information. If you need assistance, please contact roc@rocskincare.com.
What shipping charges are associated with orders under the Auto-Replenishment Program?
Orders for auto-replenishment under the Auto-Replenishment Program ship for free. Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with RoC Skincare's Refund & Return policy and shipping charges may apply.
How do I change my shipping address for my Auto-Replenishment orders?
Log-in to your RoC Skincare account.
Select ''Manage Subscriptions'' within the ''My Account'' section.
Click ''Update Shipping Address'' on the product you'd like to update your shipping information for, fill in the new information, and then select, ''Update''.
How do I view my future deliveries under the Auto-Replenishment Program?
Log-in to your RoC Skincare account.
Select ''Auto-Replenishment'' within the ''My Account'' section.
When will my orders under the Auto-Replenishment Program be charged?
Orders for auto-replenishment under the Auto-Replenishment Program will be charged to the payment method you provided within 1 to 3 business days of the order date and frequency that was selected when you signed up for the Auto-Replenishment program. On your account page, you are able to change shipment dates and skip shipments. If you select any of these options, the subscription charge dates will be updated accordingly.
When will my Auto-Replenishment Program products ship?
All future orders will be processed depending on the frequency you chose for your auto-replenishment schedule. For example, if you sign-up for Auto-Replenishment on January 1st to replenish every 1 month, your next replenishment will be shipped on February 1st.
How do I change the frequency of an auto-replenishment shipment or put it on pause?
Log-in to your RoC Skincare account.
Select ''Auto-Replenishment'' within the ''My Account'' section.
Click ''Edit'' or ''Pause'' on the product you'd like to update your shipping information for, select the change you'd like to make, and then select, ''Update''.
If I purchase the product on sale or using a promotional code, will that price apply to future auto-replenishments of the product?
No. Each time the auto-replenishment product ships, you will be charged the regular price of that product minus any benefits offered when you subscribed.
How do I cancel all future auto-replenishment orders?
Log-in to your RoC Skincare account. Select ''Auto-Replenishment'' within the ''My Account'' section. Click ''Cancel'' on the product you'd like to update your shipping information for and then select ''Yes, Remove''.
