RoC Skincare currently ships within the United States and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently accept orders to addresses outside of the United States.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 days, (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.) Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the following business day. . Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses may require additional days.

Standard shipping is free for orders that total $35 or more before taxes and after any discounts or promotions have been applied. For orders that are less than $35, there is a $7 delivery charge for standard shipping. We also offer 2-day expedited shipping for a $12 flat rate.

Please expect a delay in processing time during the peak holiday period due to higher volumes (November-December.)

Standard Shipping
Orders placed by 12 PM EST via Standard Shipping will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the order's ship date. Most Standard Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

2nd-Day Shipping
Orders placed by 12 PM EST Monday – Friday via 2nd-Day Shipping will be delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date.

Alaska and Hawaii
Please note orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 4-6 days.

APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes
Please note orders delivered to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes may take an additional 4-6 days.
