Contest Overview 

This giveaway is sponsored by RoC Skincare (“RoC”. By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. 

Eligibility 

The giveaway is open to those natural persons who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, who reside in and are legal residents of the United States (and the District of Columbia) (“Entrants”). Residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible. Employees of RoC Skincare (“RoC”) and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents and their respective spouses, and individuals residing in such immediate family members’ household) are ineligible to enter and win. Void where prohibited by law, regulation or ordinance. 

 

How to Enter 

  1. Follow @rocskincare on Instagram or TikTok 

  1. Post a photo or video of your Line Smoothing Eye Cream truck experience on your Instagram Feed/Stories or TikTok Feed/Stories 

  1. Tag @rocskincare in your post 

  1. Ensure your Instagram or TikTok account is public so your entry can be verified 

Contest Period 

  • Contest begins: Wednesday June 11, 2025 

  • All entries must be posted before midnight EST on Friday, June 13, 2025 

  • Late entries will not be accepted 

Entry Restrictions 

  • Limit one (1) entry per person 

  • Entries must be original content created by the participant 

  • Entries must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material 

  • Entries must comply with Instagram's Terms of Service 

Prize Details 

  • One (1) Grand Prize: $1,000 gift card to Printemps Department Store 

  • Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted 

  • Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes 

  • Prize will be delivered electronically or by mail within 30 days of winner confirmation 

Winner Selection and Notification 

  • Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries 

  • Winner will be announced and contacted via Instagram direct message by June 30, 2025 

  • Winner must respond within 48 hours of initial contact to claim prize 

  • If winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected 

  • Winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility 

General Conditions 

  • Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entries 

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms 

  • By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their entry for promotional purposes 

  • Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or other problems beyond their control 

  • This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram 

  • Participants release Instagram from any liability related to this contest 

Privacy 

  • Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration 

  • Winner's information may be used for prize fulfillment and promotional purposes 

  • Sponsor will not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes 

Limitation of Liability 

  • Sponsor's liability is limited to the value of the prize offered 

  • Sponsor is not responsible for any damages arising from participation in this contest 

  • Participants assume all risks associated with prize acceptance and use 

Governing Law 

All federal, state and local laws apply. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these Rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of New York and that it shall be resolved by and within the courts of that state. RoC Skincare is the final interpreter of these Official Rules. The decisions of RoC Skincare are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway, Official Rules and Specific Rules. Failure of RoC Skincare to enforce any provision of the Rules will not constitute as a waiver of that provision.
